Friends of the Foundation

This spring, the James and Janie Washington Foundation initiated a new organization that will support the mission of the Foundation. The Friends of the James and Janie Washington Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of the Foundation.  The goals of the organization are to continue to enhance the historic home, gardens, studio and educational programs, as well as to raise the public's awareness of the importance of the James and Janie Washington Foundation to our community and to the nation. The organization offers many opportunities for involvement including, interpretation, education, fundraising, outreach, and preservation.

If you are interested in joining, email us Rev.  LaVerne Hall at lhall@jameswashington.org or call us at 206-709-4241.
